Noodles & Company Tests New Low-Carb LEANguini Noodles At Select Locations

Created by the Noodles & Company’s culinary team over the best part of two years, LEANguini offers the taste and appearance of traditional linguini noodles, but with 56% fewer net carbs, 30% fewer total carbs, and 44% higher protein than traditional wheat noodles.

To introduce LEANguini, the brand is testing three new dishes paired with the new noodle and offering it as a substitution in any dish.
